Hebrews 13  (Last Chapter)  Please make suggestions of what you would like to study next!

I.    Read through the chapter in one reading.   This is the most "practical" chapter in the whole letter. Paul (or Paul's school, is applying the lessons learned to the everyday experiences of people.  (Interesting, isn't it. Paul applies the head trip stuff to the human experience stuff.)

II.  vss. 1 - 6 (The word "brothers" in this sentence is not be to be applied to our "sisters" as well. The times in which Paul wrote this lived out of narrower ethic. To be inclusive is never wrong. To be exclusive is to practice anti-At-One-Ment.)
Write a defining sentence on "entertaining angels unaware." Can you give an example?

How might you fulfill the admonition to remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoner?

Ditto on those who are mistreated.

Concerning the "marriage bed," what is the danger here? You might trying running the head trip                   word  "Adulterer"  or "sexually immoral" through your own human experience to see what is revealed!! (Confessions are not necessary!)

Ditto on "greed" and the "love of money."

III.    Pick an individual who is a "leader" to you. Consider the "outcome of their way of life," and what can you learn         about being a more human (or more humane) person?  Write a descriptive paragraph to share with us.

IV.    vss. 10 - 14  Share with us, in your own words, what it means to you to "go to him, outside the camp, bearing the         disgrace he bore."  (No "head trips here, just "gut trips.")

V.    NOTE: vs 14:  Here it is!  "For here we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the city that is to come!"  This is the eternal city of the spiritual Perfect At-One-Ment.

VI.   vss. 15 - 17  Our duties of obedience.
Without "head trip analysis," share with us how you give the "fruit of your lips" to The Perfect At-One-Ment.

Ditto:  Do good and share what you have with others.  In this paragraph, tell us why "God is pleased."

Obey leaders and submit to their authority.  Why? (No head trip stuff here, please.) In this paragraph, tell us why we     "obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden. . . " Why is this our responsibility as the Awakened?

MAKE A COPY OF VERSES 20, 21. This is Paul's benediction, and it is one of the oldest in the Christian faith! Memorize it!!

Please, be thinking of what letter or book to go to next.
