Building Faithful Families – Sunday at 9:45 AM

Looking for a place to meet with parent(s) of children that are preschool and elementary age? Building Faithful Families may be for you. Single parents, parents that attend without their spouse and couples all attend this small group on Sunday morning at 9:45 am. Each week they gather around a topic that may be centered on the bible and everyday life, parenting or a variety of topics the group chooses.  Childcare is provided for children under two years of age. Sunday School classes are available for older children.


Apprentice

Apprentice is a two year small group study led by Scott & Vicki Price.  Members will be guided to try various faith growth disciplines between sessions to discover what works best for them.  A chapter is read each week in preparation for the next session.  During worship this Sunday, August 28, a video clip will be shown featuring Trinity members from past Apprentice classes.  They will share how this small group has made a lasting impact on their life.  Trinity has 54 or more folks that have completed Apprentice.


Great Expectations – Sunday at 9:45 AM

Great Expectations is a class that looks for different ways to explore the scripture in the everyday applications of our lives. The class frequently uses a DVD to present the views of an expert or a speaker and follow it with lively discussion. Many members have elementary, middle school and high school age children. Everyone is welcome. Jennifer Lorenson facilitates this class.


Ages and Stages – Sunday at 9:45 AM

agespicA multigenerational Sunday School class that meets from 9:45 to 10:45 am in Fellowship Hall II. Everyone is welcome, whether you can attend 1 or many sessions. A new study begins every few months and is led by Pat and Bob Murray. A presentation is made through the teachers or a DVD. Members then gather around small tables and discuss the topic presented through suggested questions and conversation.


Current Events – Sunday at 9:45 AM

newsUnder the leadership of Glenn Engelland, this class discusses current events and the Christian life. Each week includes discussion and fellowship. Give it a try!


Joe with Joe – Sunday at 11:00 AM

joejoeGrab a cup of Joe and come to the Parlor at 11:00 am for an informal discussion about the sermon. Everyone is welcome.  Led by Joe McMurray.


Adult Small Groups

Women’s Bible Study – Tuesday at 9:00 to 11:00 AM

womenbibleA group of ladies have been meeting together for several years for a Bible Study Group. This is an all year Bible Study. They would love to welcome you into their study. Disciple Bible Study

discipleDisciple I, II, III, IV, Jesus In The Gospels & Christian Believers are offered regularly at Trinity UMC. Class times vary from year to year. These classes are 30-36 weeks in length, and require homework as well as a commitment to attend for the duration of the year. IHOP Bible Study

Tuesdays, 7:00 am: IHOP Bible Study at the IHOP by the Central Mall on South 9th Street. Come for breakfast, fellowship and bible study. Bring your bible and an appetite for learning more about the culture that scripture came from and how it applies to our lives today. Led by Pastor Barry Dundas
